Problem: Any Communication not available error, ask the customer if they're using a antivirus. 3rd Party Antivirus blocks the printer communication.
For Configuring Norton:
1. Open Norton Internet Security
2. Go to Status and Settings
3. Click on Personal Firewall
4. CLick on Configure
5. Look for the Application/Programs Tab
6. Scroll down and locate the Printer Communication
7. Change it to Permit All
8. Click OK. try printing and scanning with the Solution Center.
9. Check Windows Firewall if OFF as well.
