If <YES> = Stop
If <NO> = Can the cx print using windows test page
Steps:
-Go to Printers and Faxes
-Right-click the printer driver and go to Properties
-Click on Print a Test Page
If <YES> = troubleshoot application used for printing (refer to vendor)
If <NO> = Can the cx print using control panel of the Printer
If <YES> = Check connectivity between PC and Printer (support uninstall/reinstallation of printer driver **refer to desktop if OS reinstallation is needed or other issues that needs desktop support)
If <NO> = Troubleshoot Printer
