1. It is advisable to open 2 Dellserv windows
2. Follow the procedure on creating a case on the first dellserv window
3. Create non service call dispatch
4. Make sure you update all information on service tag header and save it. Refresh the service tag on the second dellserv window
5. Choose the correct dps type, in this case, most dispatches are EXG
6. Click on the address tab, make sure all information matches those of the service tag header
7. Go to internal comments tab and add all notes
8. Go to parts tab and input the correct part number that you got from RSL
9. Make sure there is no existing dispatch for the same issue (Check on service calls)
10. Have L2 check dispatch before submitting
Elements that need to be placed on the internal comments:
* Journal ID
* Service Tag, System Type
* TAT TARP OPACE
* If necessary, reference the order number or the service tag if created on the order number
* Include the part number you are ordering.
* Name of L2 or TL, if ever you consulted one
* Complete all notes, cover your behinds!
