Before you dispatch check the following:
1. Journal ID
- make sure you have the correct Journal ID. Not the copied and pasted Journal ID.
- make sure that's the correct DSN Tree.
2. System Type
3. Your Own Case Notes
4. Part #
- Part number that you're replacing
5. Information on Service Tag
6. Check if Service Tag Information & Case Header Information
- the Caller/Case Header should match the one on the Service Tag Header.
