| Customer's Problem: She's getting a Cartridge Error when she tried to print. Troubleshooting steps:1. Power Cycle the printer 2. Turn off the printer, open the cover, turn it back On, reseat the Cartrige, and close the cover. Resolution: So far, on my first ever troubleshooting call. Reseating the cartridge resolve the problem.  Post your Resolved issues bout Ink Cartridges Problem here guys. | |

| manually clean the nozzles and wick the contacts of the ink cartridges
* use clean damp cloth and wipe the nozzles from
front to back
* use clean dry cloth and wipe the contacts of the
