Guys my suggestion would be Cauayan... It's not that far from Bacolod.. 2 hour drive lang i think. And at least the beaches there are clean.

i'll go with palmas del mar, not far from here, actually it's within the city lang. we're all tired of the "pulaw" so better not go to far places. it's relaxing nmn there...
