Issue: customers calling in that they can't use their 966 printer since the language is different:



FIX: Reset language for 966 printer

method:

-power down the 966 printer
-while holding the 1&5 key.. power it back up
-when it comes up, customers would see options for choosing the appropriate language on their LCD panel.. just tell customers to choose "English"

For AIO 924
1.Turn off the printer
2. Press the Power button and the up arrow button
simultaneously.
3. When the language settings appear, press
the arrow buttons up/down to scroll the language
4. Press the menu button to select the language.

to do a quick firewall disable
click start go to run type firewall.cpl then click ok
