Dispatches and Journal ID

VA TOADE cci saying that she is getting right cartridge incorrect error. she said that both of her cartridges were replaced before. she is also said that the tech told her that her contracts will be extended, not included in the log. cust asked if we can replace the cartridge. consulted TL Joy and she said yes as long as printer warranty is still within 2 years. we cleaned and wicked the cartridges. we power cycled the printer. we cleaned the metal contacts on the power brick. cust said that the printer won't turn on this time. we removed the power brick again and reseated it and we got no power this time. cust pushed it a little harder and the printer powered back on. we still have the right cartridge error. replace colored cartridge. dsn down. used support site journal id.
